Price
All prices are quoted per person on a join-in tour and in Hong Kong dollars based on a
minimum of 5 participants per event. Should the number of participants on a hike be less
than 5, the price might change. However, all prices are guaranteed not to change after you
have received your confirmation of booking from us. As a rough guide, HK$220 is about £18,
€21.50, AUD26.50 or US$28.50.
Payment
To reserve a space on any hike, please complete our RESERVATION FORM and return it to us
by e-mail or mail. Your credit card details are used only as a means to guarantee your
booking. No charge will be made to this credit card unless you cancel your reservation.
Please refer to fee chart under the section “cancellation” on this page.
Actual payment must be made in CASH (any currency) or by personal cheque in Hong Kong
dollars drawn on a Hong Kong bank at the meeting point. Your cheque should be made
payable to Hansen Michael. Credit cards are NOT accepted for final payment.
Confirmation
Once your booking form has been received by us together with your credit card guarantee,
we will issue you with a booking confirmation which includes full meeting place, meeting time
and transportation details
Cancellation
Alterations and cancellations must be notified to Hansen’s Events in writing and commence
from the date received by Hansen’s Hikes.
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, the following Cancellation Fees will be
charged to your credit card:
